New Patient appointments are limited at this time. *

New Patient appointments are 1 hour with the Doctor.
Therefore, they do not have same day availability.
Their deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
They sincerely hope that if they are unable to meet your needs, you are able to find another office that can help you.
They do not want anyone to suffer any unnecessary pain or delay in their care.


  • Back In Motion does provide insurance billing.

Call Connie for her to obtain your information and verify your policy's coverage and benefits.


If you do not have insurance or it does not cover your care here, your first visit is $100 and is a one hour appointment with the doctor and includes the treatment.

The office does not take xrays. If you have xray and/or MRI reports please provide them.
The doctors are in network or participate with Medicare and Cigna are Preferred Providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

They accept and bill other insurances as out of network providers. 

Back In Motion accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa, including HSA cards.
They can also provide you with receipts/detailed statements for your Flexible Spending accounts. (These will be emailed to you, usually, within 7 days from your date of service).

Business Hours= Tuesdays 1-7                                       

                                         Wednesdays 1-5

                                         Thursdays 9-1 and 3-7
                                         Saturdays 9-4 

(They are unable to accommodate  New Patient appointments on Saturdays)

*Arizona State Law considers you a New Patient if you have never been treated by the Dr. or your last visit has been 3 years or more.


  1. The Doctors are scheduling their own new patients appointments. If she is able to schedule you as a new patient, they will email you the new patient paperwork for printing and filling out before your appointment.

  2. They will also call you a few days beforehand to confirm this appointment.

  3. If you are unable to confirm or keep your appointment they will give that appointment to someone on the waiting list in order for the Dr.'s  to help another patient with their health care needs.
