Yoga StudioYoga can make you feel better, physically and mentally.  Your health does not affect just you, it affects everyone around you.

Our studio is designed for small classes, to be non-intimidating and non-judgmental. Thank you for checking out our class schedule and amazing instructors.

Our instructors are dedicated to teaching classes that may help correct muscular imbalances, promote optimal alignment and overall health. Classes are designed and instructed for strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and stabilization. And of course for enjoyment!  We like to have fun here and you may find it infectious.

 

Yoga, by some definitions, is a system of exercises or poses done to bring the body and mind in harmony, by improving breathing and focusing on alignment of your body.  It fuses mental, spiritual, physical and breath awareness to help achieve enlightenment and strength by enhancing health and well-being.  Your mood will improve along with your body.

 

Yoga can also accelerate recovery from injury or surgery, prevent re-injury and enhance activities of daily living, work and recreation.
